We strive to accurately display our products, including colors and designs. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and manufacturing processes.

Order Process:

• All orders are subject to product availability
• Order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order
• We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason

Processing Time:

Shipping Methods:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS – 15-25 business days after shipment

We ship worldwide, excluding some parts of Asia and remote regions. Delivery times may vary based on location and customs processing.

Tracking:

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s journey.

Eligibility:

• Return or exchange requests must be made within 15 days of receiving your order
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items:

• Music merchandise (BEATLES, BOB MARLEY, GRATEFUL DEAD, etc.) if opened or used
• Clothing that has been worn, washed, or altered
• Items from DARK FANTASY or LIGHT FANTASY collections if damaged due to customer misuse

Return Process:

1. Contact us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
2. Include your order number and details about the item(s)
3. Wait for approval and return instructions

Refunds:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processing may take 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
• Refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear in your account
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges:

Exchanges for different sizes or colors are subject to availability. We’ll ship the new item once we receive the return.

Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our end.

All content on this website, including designs, text, graphics, images, logos, and product designs, is the property of FantasyWearShop or our content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

The music-inspired designs on our products are original artistic interpretations created by FantasyWearShop and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the artists, their estates, or record labels unless explicitly stated.
