Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Times
We offer two shipping options to cater to your needs:
- Standard Shipping:
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Cost: $12.95
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping:
- Carrier: EMS
- Available for orders over $50
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: We ship worldwide, excluding some parts of Asia and remote regions. Delivery times may vary based on location and customs processing.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this to monitor your package’s journey to you!
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your FantasyWear as much as we do! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Our returns and exchanges policy is designed to be hassle-free and rockstar-friendly.
Eligibility
You can return or exchange items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of certain products, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Music merchandise (e.g., items from categories like BEATLES, BOB MARLEY, GRATEFUL DEAD, JIMI HENDRIX, JANIS JOPLIN, DAVID BOWIE, KISS, PINK FLOYD, etc.) if opened or used, due to personalization or hygiene reasons.
- Clothing that has been worn, washed, or altered.
- Items from DARK FANTASY or LIGHT FANTASY collections if damaged due to customer misuse.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these steps to start your return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the item(s).
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with instructions and a return authorization (if applicable).
- Ship the Item: Once approved, pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to: FantasyWearShop

Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds: Once approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note:
- Refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges: If exchanging for a different size or color, we’ll ship the new item once we receive the return. Exchanges are subject to availability.
