  • Music-related merchandise (e.g., items from categories like BEATLES, BOB MARLEY, GRATEFUL DEAD, JIMI HENDRIX, etc.) that are opened or used, as they may involve personalization or hygiene concerns.
  • Clothing that has been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Items from DARK FANTASY or LIGHT FANTASY collections if they are damaged due to customer misuse.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
